Our lead time varies based on products. However, our average lead time is around 2-3 weeks.

It depends on the artwork. If your logo has more than one color, we start charging fees after the 1st color. We do not do sublimation printing and cannot print gradients and shading in a logo.

We definitely can. Just inform us of your deadline and if needed, we will work out a rush delivery.

Of course! Our manufacturing factory can work with you on creating a custom size of our existing product or manufacture a design you send us. There are limitations with canvas and leather however, so send us an artwork of your design and we’ll see if it’s possible to make.

Each of our products have various dimension sizes we can screen print and embroider. For information on artwork dimensions, please contact us at info@stitchman.com.

Artwork means a logo, monogram, text or picture you want screen printed/embroidered on our products. The formats we accept are:

DST, Adobe Illustrator (.eps,.ai), Coral (.cdr) , Black & White Jpeg (.jpg) fi les with resolution of more than 600 dpi are also acceptable for single color jobs only.

Unacceptable Formats BITMAP- .bmp WEB IMAGES- .gif; .jpg at 72 dpi or images placed in illustrator or a Microsoft program

We are transparent with our clients and are constantly in contact with them throughout the entire production. We use premium quality fabric, leather and other materials when we create our products.
